What is a lease option?

A Lease Option allows buyers, whose credit is challenged, to find a home.  With a lease option you are able to move into the home on a "rent to own" agreement your while credit is being repaired.  We will find you the best homes and the best loan.  There are thousands of homes for sale in the Salt Lake City area, and most of them qualify for a lease option.

 

Why would I use a lease option?

There are many reason that lease options are popular.  As mentioned above, the number one reason is to allow families with challenged credit get into a home and not waste time and money in rent.  Another great reason is to avoid high interest rates.  Many families choose to lease with the option to buy until the interest rates go back down.  When the rates drop they will purchase the home at their convenience with a rate that gives them a payment they are comfortable with.  Other families may need to live in a home on a short term basis to see if they like an area before committing to buy.  Whatever your reason, we are here to help!
